The £5K Operational Diagnostic.

Two weeks. Six to eight interviews. A written map of how your firm actually runs, a ranked list of what is slowing you down, and three specific first-build recommendations with scope and pricing. You keep the map. You decide what to do with it.

The Offer

A senior operator spends two weeks inside your firm. Week one is structured interviews with partners and senior operations people. Week two is the write-up. You receive an operational map of your ten most visible processes, a ranked bottleneck list, and three scoped "first build" recommendations with pricing.

The document is yours. You can implement the recommended build with lessClick at the £25K Build tier, take it to another vendor, or do it in-house. £5,000. Non-refundable. Commits in one working day.

01Who it is for

Professional services firms between 5 and 50 employees. Law, accounting, financial advisory, property, consulting. Operationally mature enough to feel the drag. One clear decision-maker signs off.

The person who buys this is usually the managing partner, the COO, or the founder. Someone who can already describe two or three points in the workflow where things get stuck, but cannot yet say which one is actually the most expensive.

04How the two weeks run

Week 1

Interviews and process walkthroughs

Six to eight structured conversations with partners and senior operations people. 45 minutes each. Booked into one week so momentum does not break. Plus access to the ten processes we are reviewing, in whatever format they already exist.

Week 2

Map, rank, write

No more of your time required. The document gets built. Operational map, ranked bottleneck list, three first-build recommendations with scope and pricing.

End of week 2

Handover

One-hour call with you and whoever else you want in the room. Walk through the map. Pressure-test the ranking. Talk through the three recommended builds. You leave with the document and a clear view of what to fix first.

05Why £5,000

This is priced to be easy to say yes to. It is the cheapest way to get a senior operator's read on your firm without committing to a build.

Most firms do not have an AI problem. They have a process problem with AI layered on top. Before you spend £25K, £50K or six figures on a build, it is worth knowing which bottleneck is actually the most expensive. That is what this fortnight produces.

If you decide to implement the recommended build with lessClick, you move straight to the £25K Build tier. If you decide to implement it somewhere else, the document still works. Either way, the diagnosis is paid-for and yours to keep.

06Who this is not for

Walk away if

07The principle

AI is not the differentiator anymore. Architecture is.

The person designing the system should be the person building it. One operator, closed loop. Strategy adjusts to what is actually possible. Build adjusts to what actually matters. No handoffs from the strategist to "an implementation partner."
