01What you get
- 60-minute call. Video or phone. Your choice.
- One operational problem, properly diagnosed. You bring the problem. I ask the right questions. We end the call with a clear picture of what is actually going wrong.
- A written punchlist in your inbox within 24 hours. Three to seven specific steps, in order, to fix or reduce the problem. Each step notes whether it is a build, a hire, a process change, or something you can do yourself this week.
- No deck. No sales follow-up. The punchlist is yours. Use it in-house, hand it to another vendor, or come back to me for the build. Your call.
02What it is not
- Not free strategy. I charge for operator time because free calls get commoditised and I end up talking to people who have no intent.
- Not a sales call dressed as a consultation. If the right answer is "do nothing" or "hire a person, not build a system", that is what the punchlist says.
- Not open-ended. One problem, one hour, one punchlist. If your firm has three problems, we pick the most expensive one.

- The question I want you to think about before the call: "If this problem vanished tomorrow, what would my best people do with the time?"
05The £500 credit
If you buy the £5K Operational Diagnostic within 30 days of the call, the £500 you paid here comes off the price. You pay £4,500 for a Diagnostic instead of £5,000. The credit is automatic — mentioned in the punchlist email, applied at invoice.
